Christopher Bare
Chris Bare has spent more than 32 years leading marketing communications from every seat at the table, agency, in-house, nonprofit, and executive leadership. Today, as part of The 4 Collective, he serves as a fractional marketing leader, helping organizations gain the strategic clarity and executional alignment of a full CMO team without the overhead.
Chris has built and led account, brand, and strategy teams at agencies; directed marketing departments inside multi-million-dollar companies; and overseen communications for major nonprofits. That breadth gives him a practical understanding of how marketing actually works inside an organization, across silos, budgets, personalities, and platforms.
He operates from a few foundational principles: keep it simple, align every channel to a clear strategy, and amplify what’s measurably working. His focus is not just on campaigns, but on building marketing systems that drive growth, accountability, and long-term brand value.
His specialties include brand strategy and management, growth-oriented marketing leadership, integrated communications planning, and building marketing roadmaps that connect business objectives to real-world execution.
Over the course of his career, Chris has worked with organizations including United Arts of Central Florida, StarterStudio, United Way, Olive Garden, Visit Orlando, SeaWorld, Orlando Health, Valencia College, London Bay Homes, Universal Studios, Red Lobster, Experience Kissimmee, Lakewood Ranch, and many others across hospitality, healthcare, higher education, real estate, consumer brands, and nonprofit sectors.
Chris currently sits on the board of the Desert Cities Advertising Federation in Palm Springs, California, is a past president and trustee of the American Advertising Federation for Greater Orlando, a former board member of the Orlando chapter of the Public Relations Society of America, and a lifelong admirer of midcentury modern architecture and the clean, intentional thinking it represents.
